Yes this is my first book review and book what a great effort. From 0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 years is the first book I ever bought on real estate investments. It was a book that brought me to life, to think that I possibly could and really rich in early.

I thought I would do it through real estate investments, but I make money online to an end.

This book is written by Steve McKnight, and as the title suggests, he is a very successful property developer, which is of such property 0 files 130 files to serve him more than $ 200,000 per year in just 3 and a half years is gone. This is a phenomenal achievement by the standards of people.

This book takes a different approach, investing in real estate than many other books, and it shows that you are in, what should be a positive direction in real estate ", where you earn money by renting the property, not from the profits that make property.

Part 1 - Getting Started

This section of the book is good as Steve shares with you his story and shows how he went from modest beginnings as a construction firm. He shares in detail the decisions made, he and his partner and investment objectives when they went home from work in 9-5 to fund full-time developers in just a few years.

Part 2 - Property Investing Home Truths

That's where Steve walks you through the basics of how he makes money by investing in physical and positively focused, as you can. He shares with you math behind it, and it also shows why the majority of property investors own only one of two buildings and no more. You can also access and about 5 objects with the help of Steve's.

Part 3 - Strategies to make money on real estate

Here goes through Steve (in reasonable detail the different approaches), people use to make money in a positive geared property. There are many different ways, as a result of the traditional "buy and hold", which is where you buy a property and rent, just different. Steve goes through them so that they are relatively easy to understand and address.

Part 4 - Application of knowledge

It is pointless to learn something and then not be able to apply. So Steve spent some time in this chapter to learn how to apply this in your own life and get important issues like "Is it really you?" and "What is my next step. This section of the book is really very much focused on how to act.

Part 5 - More of the Nitty Gritty

In this episode, Steve talks about the principles of wealth creation, and he takes a closer look at negative gearing and why you might want to clean up, check it. There are also a few "tenants Stories from Hell" as we sometimes avoid the situation, after learning from others' experiences in this section at the end of the book.

My review

This book is written for the average Joe as well as one million U.S. dollars investment. If you have never invested in property before, and even if you have, is this book to be read. It is a must read, because property investment deals from a completely different perspective that does not attack the many other books. You can learn so much from this book and you can easily become a real estate investor since your knowledge.
